July Heat

I've been on vacation all week and it's been a hot one. Sounds like we'll hit the hundreds Tomorrow. We went camping in Siren for a few days earlier this week. It was beautiful but the fish wouldn't bite. It must be the dog days of summer when even the sunnies won't bite.

It has been great weather for cruizing on the Sportster! I love my XL1200C. So far I've added a Sundowner touring seat and a low profile quick detach windshield. The Cycle Shack slip on mufflers are on order and should be coming in a week or two. I still need to rejet and add the SE air filter which I may have done at the 1k service, speaking of which, I'm close to 1000 miles on it after a couple weeks!
